Balut
First, use a spoon to hit the top of the egg. Then feel off the top of the skin carefully because there is some soup where you must sip in first.

ReplyDeleteIt's also a fave yet cheap delicacy among the locals in the Philippines. Still struggling to stomach the idea of eating balut though :p
